08 washer fluid leak

08 washer fluid leak
i had just filled the washer fluid on my mom's van and she used it once and it's giving her the low wash chime, i popped the hood and looked and it was empty... i had it maybe 2-3" from the very top
anything i can check from above or do i have to get under the van and what all should i check when i do get around to getting under it
