Very front works fine vocals mid range bass all present but there is muffled vocals coming from rear that's it even when turned all way up. I believe it to be factory amp for the rear has went out, my question is would that be an external amp mounted somewhere within the body or a internal to the head unit itself or even something else. It's the model with everything except navigation has touch screen, dvd, rear entertainment as well. Thanks.
