Default 1999 Grand Voyager Alarm Set light On!!

Please can someone Help?

I appologise for mistakes in advance as i am new on here

I have a 1999 Grand Voyager and a failure to start it. It was working when i left it to go on holiday and when i came back it wouldn't start. I try to start and it wont crank and the ALARM SET light flashes on the dash and then stays on i have tried the locking and unlocking procedures, the remote fob works perfectly. I also tried the locking/unlocking the boot with the bonnet up. I disconnected the battery for 24hrs made no difference. I also had the SKIM module programed with another key still nothing. pin 21 on the heater panel is fine and all of my dash works incl gauges and lights. I have checked the CCD network at the service plug and got 2.4V so it's seems to be communicating.

I personally think the immobilizer is blocking the car from starting but don't know how to bypass it.

has the immobilizer put the PCM into total lockdown?
or is it the BCM? can i just re-flash the PCM?

I did pull some codes from the dash 1,5,7,24,55
but i now only get 1,55 since disconnecting the battery

Any help would be greatly received!!!!
