Default 2.8crd accessory drive tensioner replacement

I am trying to replace the accessory drive tensioner on a 2007 2.8CRD GV . I have removed the lower shields behind the front wheel and have removed the PAS belt and the serpentine belt and i have also removed the bolt fixing the tensioner to the engine . But now I cannot get the tensioner out from between the engine and the chassis rail . Does anyone have any advice on how this is done. thanks in advance.

maybe will help if you disconnect engine mount and then try to rise or lower engine to get enough space. First secure engine with jack so it wont fall to the ground.I remember i did something like this with my first old voyager when replaced water pump.Disconnected one mount and pushed engine to get extra 5mm i really needed. May help and may not.
