Default 2000 Chrysler Voyager Transmission Problem

Ok in the morning this just started happening car starts up fine goes into reverse but when you put it in drive it's like it's in Neutral. has no drive and just rev's I guess you would say this is Limp mode. I let it warm up for a while and then it drives fine.. until the next when it does the same thing it does not shift hard or anything.. Have not checked fluid, just wondering if this is a winter thing?.. or is My transmission about to go. Bought the car in July and it has never showed no problem during shifting but is weak on the big hills. I have had a Solenoid Switch Pack go bad on a 02 Intrepid butit didnt do this and the speedometer works.. any help would be great the check engine light does not come on at all.

i would check your fluid level first,if it ok then i would have to say your seals are hardening, common in cold and hot weather.sounds like it time for overhaul.or let trans warm up.before dropping into gear.moe
