2000 T&C Accessory Plug Fuse

Default 2000 T&C Accessory Plug Fuse
I have a 2000 T&C Van and have apparently blown the fuse that feeds the accsessory plugs. I can not find the fuse. I have looked in the fuse box under the dash but did not find one that looks like it foes to the plugs. I could sure use some help.

fuse 4 20 amp under the hood.
