This 2000 LXi has mirror memory as part of its seat memory.

I only use one remote. I use it all the time. About one out of every six to ten tries, unlocking the door with it will cause the mirrors to tilt. Generally down, but sometimes to the side.

I never use the seat memory buttons otherwise. I think it's just gone senile.

I don't need automatic tilting mirrors. Can I tell the computer not to use this feature? I can open up the doors if someone can tell me how to disable the feature shall-we-say manually (do I cut the blue wire with white stripes, or the white wire with blue stripes, Dr Krieger??).
