Default 2001 Chrysler Town and Country

So I’m working on the Chrysler, the driver heard a pop by the Rear passenger tire, I checked it out and it looks like a coolant line connection had dried gorilla glue on it and the pressure finally caused it to burst, I’m wondering if I should replace the entire line and the connection or just the connection and where to find it to buy it so I can replace it. Any help would be absolutely lovely.
