Unhappy 2001 Chrysler Voyager

I've blown the fuse that controls both the radio and upper (switched) cigarette lighter. I can't seem to find a fuse labeled as such. Is there a diagram I can read better than the raised black letters, or can someone identify the correct fuse?

Nope, that was the first thing I scoured was the owners manual. Nothing in there about it.

It tells you what the fuses do next to them in the fuse box by the throttle pedal, if you can decipher the abbreviations
