hi, is there a website we that can show us diagrams on troubleshooting speakers including how to open the door to look at the speaker or wires?

No specifics here, but if you can access the speaker itself, applying voltage from a 9V battery can tell you if the speaker is indeed "dead" or if the radio or wiring itself is at fault.

My last "bad speaker" was actually caused by a bad solder joint inside the radio.
