Default 2002 Chrysler Voyager - Cheap ABS scan tool?

The ABS and brake warning lights are on. I tried replacing the 25A & 40A fuses and the lights stayed on. I'm aware that it's likely a speed sensor but I'm trying to narrow down which one, what's the cheapest scan tool that can read/erase ABS codes?

*I already have the BAFX + torque app, and the Bluedriver ODBII scanners. Neither read abs codes.
**Does anyone have experience with the Innova 3150RS?

You can try the Android app ChryslerDRBeFree then get the paid version ChryslerDRBeThree if it works for you.

Thanks a ton for the reply, I got the paid version. And I have it connected to the BAFX, but when I try the ABS DTC. It says:
"NO ANSWER THE SEQUENCE IS STOP"

What's the cause of this?
