Hi all, I have a 2002 CRD 2.5 diesel that has developed a fault on the alarm, it just keeps on going!!!!!

The car will not start, the central locking does not work, no lights come on, nothing works apart from the alarm!!!!! I have disconnected the battery as this is the only way to shut the thing up. Have tried unlocking doors, leaving the key in the run position in the ignition before reconnecting the battery, tried fuses, relays, in fact most things apart from ripping the whole lot out!!!

Anyone any idea??

there is a fuse in the engine fuse box for the pcm remove this turn ignition on then off then replace fuse and switch ignition on again the dials will all go round as it resets itself
give this a try it may work
