2002 t&c radio fuse

2002 t&c radio fuse
radio and top power outlet both quit while I was using the outlet for an air compressor. I can't decipher which fuse to check. I was told it might be the 15amp IOB but it was good. I also heard it was probably a relay but not sure which or how to tell if they are good or bad.

found it after this post I did. it was a 20 amp fuse just under and to the left of the ign/batt fuse. I can't believe I overlooked the RDO on the lid to the fuse panel for this particular fuse. I robbed the spare from our 05 t&c
