2002 Town & Country - installing front speakers?
Hi
I live in Europe and I'm going to spend my vacation, 5 weeks, in the US in July - August 2006 driving around, about 7000-8000 miles in total. I'm going to rent a 2002 Town & Country from one guy I know, he owns a car rental company in Florida. I want to install a CD/MP3 player, front component speakers and a 2-channel amp for them because good sound is important to me. I'm probably going to let Circuit City to do the install and later the uninstalling of the system because the car belongs to the rental company, I can't leave the gear in the car.
The question is: is it easy to install 6,5" mids in front doors or should I buy a 5,25" component set instead like CC's webpage suggests? I'd prefer a 6,5" set of course because these play lower, there isn't a subwoofer in the system so that's going to be a plus.
I'd also appreciate some pictures of installing front speakers and an amp in that minivan. I checked out www.sounddomain.com but didn't find much anything useful.
Someone with real installing experience with that minivan could contact me via PM and share some knowledge if it's not too much asked.
Thanks in advance .

RE: 2002 Town & Country - installing front speakers?
I bought CDT Audio speakers for my system in summer 2006:

Mids were mounted in the dashboard and tweeters in the A-pillars, it sounded pretty good.Circuit City did the installation and later took everything out at no cost like I had planned. I had an Eclipse MP3-player:

And an Eclipse 2-channel amp:
