2002 Voyager 2.4 P0171 and P0456

2002 Voyager 2.4 P0171 and P0456

These codes popped up today, this is the first time for 171 but 456 has come up before.
I know what the codes mean, I just need some direction on trouble shooting and fixing the problem.

I have seen these codes related in the past. My first instinct says weak fuel pump.
