I have replaced plugs wires pcv some cracked hoses .Air filter.
Fuel pressure is around 40 static.
I have done a resistance check on the injectors.
Car runs great. On scanner can see upstream and downstream values for all 02 sensors. When it gets up to temp the right bank stays on lean in closed loop and up sensor says 002 and down says 100.
then check engine code pops on (p0171).
injector timing on left bank is always a couple ms less idling or at 50mph.
Also noticed that the valve for the purge system is clicking all the time, you can hear it while stopped at a light.
This is the only code I get and It is getting terrible gas milage.
I have read a few forums but most responces lead to fuel pump.
Any help would be great I am not a part changer I would like to eliminate any guesses and figure this out.

Changed fuel filter... seems like when right bank o2sensors are climbing if I loosen gas cap everything. Is fine?
