2003 T & C studder on up shift

I have a 2003 T&C that studders when upshifting from 1st to 2nd. The dealer can't find the problem. I asked Chrysler for previous servece info and they said it was propryatery. It also intermitently idles rough. Could it be PCM? Any other ideas??

MY O2 HAS A ROUGH IDLE TOO...BUT RUNS WITHOUT HESITATION

Cal 60,
my 03 3.8 T&C is having some transmission issues, too. not what you're seeing. mine is not shifting intermittently. I've been reading up on it, and it appears we really need to keep the transmission fluid & filter changedregularly. I think the schedule is at every 30K miles.Hope this helps
