if the fuel pump went bad,is there a auto=kill,or shut off switch connected to the pump somewhere that would keep juice from going to the starter solenoid?fuses and the relay are good.thx-jeff

 

no it does not work like that

 

If the pump is toast the engine will crank/turn over all day long. Just won't start. I take it yours won't crank. If you can verify the starter or the starter relay is clicking when you turn the key to start it narrows your problem to the starter, the battery, the battery cables or wiring from the starter relay output contacts.
