Hello, i have a 2003 town and country, it is a no start, you can hear a clunk at starter every 3 or 4 times, new battery and starter, will turn over when jumping starter terminals. also can make turn over while jumping terminal in fuse box for relay. snap on scanner shows SYNC LOST any help would be great.
