2003 Voyager A/C Drain issues....HELP!!!!!

I have an 2003 Voyager that condensation is leaking into passenger floorboard area. Any ideas on why this is happening and corrections to fix?????

From: Norcross GA

put a drain tube about 4inches long under the hood over the drain tube that will stop it from backing up and getting into the cabin.
