2003 voyager won't start
I have a 2003 Chryler Voyager Mini Van. After you start the van and it runs for a few minutes and then turn it off, it will not start. This occurs only in the winter with cold temperatures.
I have tried dry gas and other treatments. If you run the van for 30 minutes or more this problem does not occur, it only happens on short trips.
