Need to get codes read. Need clue to whether its fuel pressure shutting engine down or autobox.

Sounds exactly like the issue I've had with both my Voyagers (one was a manual, current one an auto). Clunk then stall.
Has the fuel filter been changed recently?
Both times removing and refitting the filter has cured it for me.
Another possibility is an issue with the fuel filter housing.
