Hi. I am a bit confused after reading many threads regarding this problem.

My 2004 T&C is stuck on defrost, that is to say, no matter what setting I turn to, the air only blows from the defrost vents. I am in the process of disconnected neg cable and hope that fixes it, but what if it doesn't? Do I need to replace motors? Could there be a code that I could acquire that may tell me more? I have manual climate controls, the hot/cold sliders and the fan and vent dial.

Thanks in advance for any advice, beyond resetting the comp/motors.
