our 04 is stuck on dash air. i tryed the power switch and recirculate buttons for 5 seconds, you can hear somethings trying to change the air direction.but goes back to dash air? any ideas.im retired licenced mechanic,but never had much to do with these Vans, we had a 93 that ran flawlessly for 10 yrs, then got this ,this spring.

 

look under driver side dash see if the gears are working or a motor issue
