Can anyone confirm that you can remove a 3.8L engine on a 2005 Town and Country out the top?

I did a little searching and saw a few post from people who appear to work at a dealership that claim out the top is the only way to do it and it's faster too.

They said you just need to remove the windshield wiper cowling or assembly and the engine should just lift right out.

They said you don't even need to remove the exhaust manifold or cross pipe or radiator.

Is that true? Anyone?

 

I have done it but Id take radiator out the rest is true

 

I have to change the radiator anyway. It has a hair line crack on the side.
