Default 2005 chain and vacuum question

Hello friends. We just replaced the timing chain on a 2005 town and country 3.3. The van starts but has a rough idle and a vacuum test shows the needle wobbling between 0 and 5 mercury. There are no vacuum leaks and the heads were just milled and reconditioned from the machine shop. Please give advice. Thanks friends!
