I have a 2005 T&C, no start, has spark. I pulled the fuel line off at the rail and there is no fuel when trying to start. I swapped the fuel pump relay and checked the fuse.

Could someone please tell me how to diagnose from here? I suspect the fuel pump but want to make sure. It has 115,000 miles and ran fine up till this. We parked it in the garage and the next morning it would not start for my wife.

take the fuel pump relay out and jump pin 30 and 87 with a wire that will turn the pump on see if U have fuel coming out then

 

Thanks, Kevin. I jumpered the pins and there was no response. Key off or key on.

 

then more then likely bad pump
