Default 2006 T & C, p0203 cylinder 3 injector circuit/open

Recently bought a 2006 town and country that's dumping fuel in cylinder 3. Really looking for any ideas besides replacing pcm.

I already replaced the injector, tested for continuity through the entirety of the harness from injector ground wire to the pcm connector face, no issues with resistance in the harness either. Verified injector is getting power.
Anyone have any ideas? To me i need to pull the pcm and inspect internals but I'd love to hear some other ideas!

Assuming this is a petrol engine, what about the coil pack?

Coil pack issues would throw misfire codes right? And it is a 3.3L gas engine
It is throwing injector 3 circuit issues

im having the same issue .
ive replaced the injector, the spark plugs . The injector harness . And I just replaced the ecm .
The car will run while sitting and not dumped as much gas . Little to none After I putting the Remanufactured ecm in.
Once I give it gas To go . It’s dumping gas again a lot . But there’s no service light any more . I’m so confused.

Mine ended up also having the piston rings washed out from the excess fuel, run some oil supplement, the super thick stuff, see if it helps
