2006 T&C Rear Upper vents not blowing air

2006 T&C Rear Upper vents not blowing air
I have an '06 Town & Country. I bought it used, has approximatley 50,000mi. The rear blower is working and I can get air out of the floor vents but I get no air coming through the upper vents.
Any ideas?
