Default Voyager won't Start P1685

Greetings from Portugal,
I own a Chysler Grand Voyager 2.5 CRD, and since yesterday it won't start.
I turned it off but didn't took the key out from the ignition, and when I wanted to start it again it didn't. Have done the procedure to read the error codes, and the code is P1685.
Is there anything I can do? Reset something? Or will it have to go to the dealer workshop?

Many thanks

That code indicates that for some reason your SKIM module is not recongnising the chip in your key. If you have a spare key try that

hi
I see this code all the time when there is no fault with the vehicle. I believe it can set with just leaving the ignition on. You will know if this is an active code and the little red LED on the dash will be on. If it goes out I would be looking at fuel issues not immobiliser issue.
But like glowplug suggested can't do any harm to try the other key.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your replies.
I bought the car from a leasing company, and I'm still waiting for the second key.
The red light goes off and the behavior it's like I was not pressing the clutch pedal.

so it's not even turning over? check the connection on the starter/ starter circuit. Not likely immobilizer fault.

Great news!
Checked starter circuit as Merlin suggested and found the problem, it was the starter relay, after swap, it started at the 1st turn.

Many, many thanks!
