That pic came from andyb2000 who is also on this forum, it was his actual flex after he'd taken it out of the car, the originals are here unfortunately he spent a fortune on a misdiagnosis when an 'expert' asserted it was tone bar harmonics.

Update,
So on Super Bowl Sunday I replaced the Carquest starters (I tried 2 different ones) $129 from Advanced Auto with a Bosch unit $199 from Napa. Needless to say it has started perfectly overy time since then. Not sure what the issue exactly was but my van did not like the Carquest brand...not sure why.
Eitherway thank you folks for your feedback and information regarding flex plate.
Next job is front struts...Rock On!!

That is quite unusual to have that many starters being defective also! Glad that you "persevere'd" with it and finally got a good unit that is operating as it is supposed to.
Sorry if you missed some of that great game though, It was great to see the true american respect shown at the beginning of the game...and go EAGLES!
