I've noticed on my newly aquired 2007 GV, that when I disconnect the battery the radio doesn't need a 4 digit code ?

On my 2001 every time I disconnected the battery I had to enter the code.

I don't have the code for this new one, so I was expecting to have to remove the radio to make a note of the serial number to call the dealer, but it appears not.

Any similar experiences ?

My 2007 doesn't need a code even though I do have one. My 2004, which I bought new, didn't need a code either but I had one for that too.

 

Press time and hold + AT LOCK same time code will be bypassed. If you have any question please send a PM
