Default 2007 T&C rear window defroster not working.

I have a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country Touring model. last week, (Right after the warranty expired, naturally!), the rear window defroster stopped working.

The light on the instrument panel goes on when I press the button, but the defroster doesn't work. Everything else seems to work fine.

In the fuse box under the hood, one of the relays clicks when I have someone press the button inside. I think it's labeled something like EBL or EDL. It doesn't list any other function. I can't find any fuse or relay labeled for the defroster.

Might this be a faulty relay and can I change this myself? How does one remove these relays? Do you just pull them out, like a fuse?

Or..., is my problem likely somewhere else? No one else has been in the van and I've done nothing to the rear window or tailgate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for any help offered!
