2007 Town and country outlets not working

Default 2007 Town and country outlets not working
2007 Town and country, I have replaced the fuses, the bottom two in the front will not work the back one in the second row works. I have also replaced the outlet and nothing. What the heck?

get a volt meter make sure you do or dont have voltage and ground present at the plug
