Default 2007 Town & Country Touring Weird Electrical

My husband was driving the van to work. The tire pressure warning light came on (flashing) briefly and went out. Five minutes later it came on again, along with every other light. At the same time, all the other gauges went dark. He got off the road and turned the engine off, removing the key. Five minutes later, restarted. All the lights were now out... but all gauges and counters (odometer, trip, miles to empty etc) were still dead. Blower motor also not working... heat still comes on but it isn't being pushed out. The only things working are the headlights, turn signals, radio, interior lights & windows. Not sure about power liftgate.

I should add that a deer ran into the left front fender at 70 mph a couple months ago. Some body damage and we got a junkyard left front headlight & mirror. No other issues til now.

We rescue dogs... mostly mastiffs which is the main reason we got the van. I paid $1800 two years ago with 120k... now at 212k. Not sure it's worth fixing. Any help/insight is much appreciated.
