Default T&C starts on 2nd crank ..

Scanned all the T&C posts and could not see something similar.
My T&C will run perfectely but will always take 2 (rarely 3) cranks to start.
Once started, it runs well, does not die, idle speed stable and nice driving.
As this is more of a nuisance than a failure, I hesitate to start replacing parts at random ...
Thank you for your help!

Then changed the distribution, didn't do it ; finally changed the fuel pump (with its integrated fuel filter) and fixed it !!
Happy to have done the step by step replacement, could have tested the fuel pump pressure to progress faster but not sure I would have been able to decide.

Good job, you must at least have learnt something on how your car functions during that time. Bye the way whats the model of car you have, forby petrol.
