We bought a Town and Country Touring in 2008 with about 13k miles on it. Over the past year our van has been experiencing a strong jolt when it shifts into a lower gear. It's specifically happens when the car is cold and is going down hill. We've taken it in to the dealership for the problems, but they say they can't find a problem. The jolt is so strong that if your not expecting it you get startled. I was curious if anyone else has had this happen to their vans? If so what was the solution? Thanks Christy
