Default 2008 Chrysler town and country Lx 3.3L MISFIRE on CYLINDER 2

I have a 2008 Chrysler town and country Lx 3.3L. My check engine light came on and it is showing misfire on cylinder 2 only. I have changed the spark plug twice, changed the coil pack with a used one ( still showing same code after change), changed fuel injector, and spark plug wire. I can't figure out whats going on. Any advice on other things I can check? The van is shaking while parked and driving and it now sounds like a truck lol. And the rpm was going up and down on its own when the problem first started but now it stopped. I apologize in advance if this issue has been asked and resolved previously, but I got frustrated trying to search through posts trying to find something. Thanks for ANY help, suggestions, thoughts, etc.
