2008 T & C Recommended Service
My 2008 T & C is at a bit less than 65,000 miles, running like a top, and typically getting 20 mpg for most of driving. (Short runs of 5 to 10 miles several times a week with 2 to 4 longer runs of 400 miles a year and 1 long run of about 4,000 miles each summer. Mileage on these long trips is 22 to 24 mpg. I do regular oil changes and brake inspections as well as being sure that I have good tires; especially nice here in northern New England.
At last oil change dealer recommended routine maintenance to tune of $760.00. (Brake fluid flush-$90, Brake service-$70, Fuel Injection Service- $130.00, Coolant System Flush-$120.00 and Transmission Flush-$350.00)
Since the T&C is running so well, and the bill would be so high, I'm tempted to let it ride until/unless problems seem likely. On the other hand, I don't wan't to let things ride that really should be done at his age and mileage.
Would appreciate any input on any or all of these recommendations and $$.
Thanks,
Rob

As you fix the brakes yourself, I'd leave the brake service as long as the discs and pads look fine and the parking brake is ok. I'd probably leave the injector service too.
I've been looking for info for my own 2006 and found this tonight.
Owners & Service Manuals - Chrysler - Cars & Minivans
From that, it looks like transmission fluid and filter is 120k miles or 10 years so I'd leave that as well unless I had any reason to suspect it needs done.
Flush engine coolant, it states 102k miles/60 months so a possibility, but could you do it cheaper yourself?
I'd be tempted to do the brake fluid flush as well.
