Question 2009 T&C Limited - Rear heater only blows cold air when top is selected.

On my 2009 Town & Country Limited, when the top / ceiling vents are selected, they only blow cold or mildly warm air, while the bottom will blow hot air, and if both are selected, you get mildly warm air up top, and warm air in the bottom, but not much flow from the bottom.

Is this normal?

Hi 0x6A7232,
Temperature variation of up to 12ºF is normal due to the multiple travel distances required to reach each cabin vent. If it is a variation of more than 12º, I would recommend having your local servicing dealership take a look at the vehicle to see if they can provide you a diagnosed cause for this variation.
