Default 2009 T&C limp mode after replacing TIPM

I've been battling my van for 2 weeks now. Last month I replaced the trans solenoid pack to fix limp mode problems due to bad solenoid. This fixed tge problem and the van ran great for about a month. A month later I had a no crank/no start issue. I ended up replacing the starter, battery, and TIPM and still no start. I then found the mesh ground had corroded and broke. I added a new motor to body ground on both sides of engine and finally got the van to start. It runs great upon first ride, but after I shut it down and restart it hoes into limp mode. If I reset the pcm by disconnecting the battery cables and letting the caps drain, it works great the first time out. Then after restarting, limp mode. It works great every time I reset. The last couple times one the second start, the starter only momentarily engages 2-3 times before fully engaging and starting. That goes away with reset too. Im at a loss here. Do you tbink i need te reflash the pcm at the dealer?

thanks for any help and advice.

That's strange I though the moment it went into limp mode you'd have seen a code or 2.

Try Vertical Visions, they helped me with my 2011 T & C that had starting problems. They have a patented fuel sensor relay bypass part that is $59.
