Default Limp mode after repairs

I am havingbtrouble diagnosing what's wrong with my 2009 t&c. After multiple repairs, I am getting limp mode after restarts. I reset the pcm by disconnecting battery. When I start it runs fine. Second start it goes into limp mode and acts all goofy icluding shift indicator having boxes around all PRND8. It also only momentarily engages starter solenoid when you turn key. It pulses the starter and eventually starts. I can also get the same results by just shifting back and forth from pronto drive a few times. I can always reset to get it to run one time. I recently replaced the solenoid pack on trans. Also had a no crank no start issue in which this issue began. I replaced starter, battery, tipm, and added some grounds to get it to finally start. Could this possibly be from a bad trans range sensor? Maybe I damaged it during the solenoid replacement??? Help!! I took to dealer and they suggested replacing wiring harnwss for $2000. It's not throwing any codes which makes it extremely difficult to troubleshoot.

No codes. That's my problem. Dealer pulled codes, but they were all related to other known issues.mostly related to removing wiring harness on power sliding door over a year ago. I messed with it tonight and was able to get it to start normally about every 5th try. I even got it to go 9 times in a row. I can easily tell when it happens because it could real hard when I shift into gear and then I try to manually shift into 1 and it doesn't go. It also often shows boxed PRND8 on the shifter.

im sorry some one is not telling you all the info then.
Limpin mode is when the trans is in second gear stayed there due to a fault the transmission computer sees from sensor or something. AKA an on purpose situation that the computer put it into. SO to say there are no transmission fault codes is BS

sometimes if the com between TCM and also other modules is fail there is no code. The code will only show in an allmoste prefect world . Offen it's a broken wire in the harness.

an 09 is a NGC computer the TCM and PCM are one unit no wires.
if no commutation in TCM were an issue the PCM and other computers would show a loss of commutation from TCM code.

The scan did pull some codes, but nothing relating to the issue. A bad wiper motor code, air circ door code, and some relating to the power sliding door of which I have had the harness removed for over a year. All problems that were present before issues started. The only new one was wiper motor, but I suspect someone at the dealer turned on my wipers when they were frozen to the windshield. See attached report out from the scan. I've ordered a new harness and PCM today.
