2009 Town and Country issue

I just got a new T&C 2009 today and I have an issue.
My radio wont change, meaning it is stuck on sirius and I cant change to AM/FM nor can I change the volume or turn the radio off (unless the car is off) any suggestions or solutions?

What radio do you have? If my gig what is the software level?

You are under warranty on that brand new car. Go back to the dealer and have them fix it.
