Unhappy 2010 T&C CD player

My 2010 town and country ate my CD yesterday and now will not eject it. First it is saying "no CD" then went on to say "error CD" then it was playing without any issues, now when I press the eject button it says it will but will NOT eject the CD. I already tried to reset it by disconnecting the battery and have searched for help online but haven't found the solution yet. PLEASE HELP!

I don't know if this applies to your player but some CD/DVD players have a tiny hole on the front to allow a manual eject by pushing a straightened paper clip through the hole.

Danielle Gray Chechile,

There are 3 different forced eject procedures depending on which radio you have equipped. The radio model can be found in the lower right corner of the face plate.

If RHR, open the radio display, hold the "NAV" button and press the seek up and seek down at the same time.

If RER, open the radio display, hold the "NAV" button and press the seek up and seek down at the same time.

If REN, open the radio display, depress the audio button and press the seek up and seek down at the same time.

I hope this helps,
Cheers!

I tried to do what you said using the REN model. The model that I actually have is a RES model.
