2010 T&C - Leaking Coolant Hose

Hi, I am looking for part # information for my 2010 T&C. I noticed a leak in a hose assembly that I cannot seem to find a part# for. The hose is located above perhaps the intake manifold, not sure but it is on the right side of the engine located in line with the coolant overflow tank but toward the back half of the engine compartment. It starts out as a single hose, but connetes to a "Y". 1 port goes to the firewall, the other connects to metal tubing toward the center of the compartment close to the firewall. I have pictures but am unsure on how to load them with the post. Thanks for any help!

That hose assembly is pricey. Here's 9 pages of discussion on the topic and other options with pics. Maybe even your part number: Small Dripping Coolant from "Y" tube???

Yes, that is it! Thank you so much. I'm not sure if I will do the work around with metal clamps or get a new assembly from our dealer. Thanks again!

I can't see the pictures as I'm not a member of the fan club, but can't a selection of car coolant hoses and caravan accessory "Y2 branches not do the job.
