I'm going to try this again, since no one even replied to my previous post. 2006 T&C with 6 disc changer, RB1 Nav radio, overhead DVD. All is factory installed. The problem I'm having is the UConnect and Auto dim mirror does not work (there is power to it) and I have no sound at all from the DVD player. It does play. I bought a mirror from eBay and swapped it out and still got nothing. I've tried the tricks I saw in related posts such as disconnecting the negative battery cable and pulling the IOD fuse but so far no luck. I saw a reference to something called the Telematics module, which is supposed to be under the dash, but mine appears to be behind the cover under the cup holder. Any help or suggestions other than those I've already tried would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

the dvd sound works with infrared headphones and is not connected to car speakers so you have to buy an infrared headphones from ebay, Its happened a same to me till I bought the headphones and now everything is ok.
