Default 2010 TC 4.0l v6 transmission solenoid or torque converter?

I have a 2010 TC with the 4.0l V6 that started rumbling, vibrating, and clunking yesterday. There are almost 100k miles on her, but she's been great for the last few years.

the engine runs smooth and doesn't seem to effect the issue. Placing the transmission into park, drive, or neutral, it shakes, even when idling. The are clunking noises like the gears are clunking and banging when the torque is applied or released. It shifts just fine from one gear to the next and doesn't seem to be lazy or slip at all. The oddest part is that it seems perfectly fine while in reverse.

Fluid was just topped off, and doesn't not appeared burned.

Absolutely no codes are pending or being displayed.

Drives smooth when at speed in steady gear.

Solenoid has a loud whine when shifting from park, to drive, to neutral, etc.

I know very little about transmissions.

Does this sound like a solenoid issue, or is this possibly a problem with the torque converter?

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated!
