Been having problems with driver and passenger side sliding doors. When you open the door, it opens all the way and then automatically closes. I have heard this is a common problem, and sometimes no codes are thrown which was the case the first time it was in the shop. Can anyone explain to me what the problem is that causes this?

It's starting to be very dangerous, my daughter got pinched in the other door a few weeks ago, and I was surprised how hard it squeezed before stopping.

 

this is a common fault with the sliding doors, there is a firmware update that needs to be done.
