Default Sliding Doors

I have been having problems with my passenger side door the motor works fine but something is telling the motor to stop working when it gets to the bend in the track. I switched motor and computer units in both doors and the problem is the same.Passenger door will pop and stop at the bend manually push the door past the bend in the track and push button it will finish opening the rest of the way. When open it will close to the bend and stop, once again manually push past the bend and hit the button it will finish and latch? I took the linkage ot between the motor and the gear and then push the button the motor runs fine, with the motor running i manually push the door to the bend in the track and the motor stops. Is their some sort of travel sensor somewhere I'm missing or what Please Help.Chris
