We have a 2011 Town and Country and lately we have been experiencing some weird issues when trying to start the van. After turning the key, it will just spin over. You take the key out and try to start the vehicle again and the same thing happens. over time, it will finally turn over. It will run for a brief moment and then shut off. After several attempts, it will finally start and you are on your way.

The van has 112,xxx miles on it. I just replaced the plugs today and when we went to start it, it did the same things above. once running, it ran fine.

I have done some research and found that there are issues with the WIN and the fuel pump relay within the fuse box.

Was wanting to check the community to see if anyone else has had these issues and what recommendations you have if any...

we also had WIN related starting issues with our T&C. Your symptoms are different from ours but there is a recall specifically relating to the WIN module. Not sure if your vehicle falls within it but it doesnt hurt to check.
